What people have to say about us:
"To any potential harvest inspection services customers.....
After a very long wait (50yrs!) I was finally able to purchase my first home. Probably the most stressful thing I have ever done because I had no clue about the process. In everyone I dealt with (lawyers, agents, mortgage brokers, and alot of other irritating people etc.) Fred Dupuis is the bright spot. He was by far the best money spent in the purchasing process. Informative, organized, on time, answered every question we asked and some we didn't know to ask. He arranged for a septic guy to meet us at the inspection as well who was just as informative.
During the inspection he was able to identify a blockage in a chimney that turned out to be a collapsed tile that required the seller to install a stainless steel liner. I am confident that another inspection service may not have found this. (Ask him how he did it!)
Finally with less than a week before the closing I got a call from the mortgage broker that we needed a water quality test. We searched through all the paper work we had and couldn't find the results. We then questioned whether or not we had it done! I emailed Fred at 10:30 PM and at 7:30 AM the following morning Fred emailed me a copy of the test results with a note telling me which page the VA was looking for. I forwarded that to the mortgage broker and started my day stress free.
My wife and I joked that perhaps in a couple of years we should have Fred come back to look at the house again just to make sure we are taking good care of it!"
